What are your hours?
We accept appointments 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. 7 Days Per Week You may call to book an appointment  at 647-835-3601 anytime during those hours.   Your call may be answered by Mistress Raven, Master Darius, or one of our call centre staff.

Where are you located?
We are located in Upper Scarborough and easily accessed by several subway lines. There is ample parking and our location is the entire top floor of a plaza.  Very discreet, very private.  Exact location and directions will be given to you when you confirm to book a session.

How do I arrange a session?
You will call our booking line and arrange a time that will work for both of us. S/he will gladly answer any of your remaining questions regarding who may be available at that time, fees, wardrobe, etc. and our booking agent will also have a few questions to ask you: where did you see our advertisement? What are your general interests? Is there a particular Mistress/Master you are interested in seeing? S/he will then instruct you to call 1 hour  before your scheduled appointment. This is necessary as it protects your privacy and guarantees your appointment.  If you do not confirm, you may lose your appointment! We offer sessions *by appointment only* - absolutely no "walk-ins" allowed.  You must call from a number that is not showing private or that the number is blocked.

What kind of sessions do you offer?
Every facet of BDSM play in which we feel we have the expertise and equipment to safely provide for our clients. Some Mistresses have specialities or may enjoy a particular activity more than others. Mistress Raven and Master Darius offer a special cuckold service together that is quite erotic for your viewing enjoyment.  Our booking agents will be able to guide you in the right direction.
We do NOT offer nudity,  oral sex, sexual intercourse, brown showers, or any service which may endanger our health or legal status. We reserve the right to refuse any potential client which we believe to be intoxicated, high, unbalanced and/or belligerent.

What are your fees?
Our fees for a Dominant session $150 for half hour and $250 for the hour, $400 for 2 hours for longer sessions than 2 hours please call about pricing.  For having a second Mistress in a session, add an extra $100 for each hour of the session.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We only accept cash.  Please have your payment in an envelope  ready before the session begins.  Sessions booked 48 hours in advance can be paid by credit card.
 

How much notice do I need to give for an appointment?
We require a minimum of 1 hours notice to book a session.  However we book up quickly at times so the more notice you are able to give us the less chance of you being disappointed that the time you want is not available.  If you have a special request or scenario we request 24 hours notice.  Special requests can also be sent to us through email.

Do you accept novices?
Yes! Many, many submissive men who now frequent Dominas world-wide began their training at our facility and continue to visit us on a regular basis. Our Mistresses enjoy being "the first"!

Do you see couples?
We will gladly accept couples for training but all arrangements must be made through the lady partner, even if she is the "sub" in your relationship!  This session before it can be booked may have to go through our Head Mistress Raven and Master Darius who will want to speak with the both of you.

Do you accept house slaves ?
Occasionally we take on new house slaves.  Please contact us via email to inquire what positions we may have available.
